- 五軸頭部脖子模型採用先進五軸聯動 CNC，先從 3D 掃描與 CAD 建模開始，生成精細刀具路徑。粗加工階段以大刀徑快速移除多餘木材，保留 1–2 mm 餘量；精加工階段換用 2 mm 高精度刀具，逐層雕刻頭部輪廓和頸部曲面，確保曲面過渡自然。全程搭配防震刀具夾具與自動潤滑冷卻系統，避免燒邊開裂。最後以高目數砂紙打磨，並由質檢部門進行輪廓與尺寸檢驗，實現 ±0.1 mm 內公差，完美還原原始設計。

In the roughing phase, a large-diameter cutter rapidly removes excess wood, leaving a 1–2 mm allowance. In the finishing phase, switch to a 2 mm high-precision cutter for layer-by-layer carving of head contours and neck surfaces, ensuring smooth transitions. Throughout the process, vibration-damping tool holders and an automatic lubrication and cooling system prevent burning and cracking. Finally, high-grit sandpaper is used for polishing, and the quality control team inspects contours and dimensions to achieve tolerances within ±0.1 mm, perfectly replicating the original design.l speed and tool angle are strictly controlled to ensure natural continuity of the grain and a defect-free surface. After rough shaping, the piece undergoes sequential sanding with 200 → 400 → 600 grit sandpapers to remove any fine burrs or irregularities. Finally, it is hand-polished with natural linseed oil to create a flawlessly smooth finish that accentuates the wood’s grain layers, and a crack-resistant base coat is applied to enhance durability and moisture resistance.
