本項目採用先進之五軸車銑複合中心,在單次夾具中完成槍托握把外形、肩托曲面與接口位置的精密加工。流程先以 PVD 塗層粗銑刀快速去除多餘料,再以硬質合金精銑刀細化輪廓曲線,最後利用單點車刀切削接口螺紋槽,整體公差保證在±0.02 mm 以內。加工過程中全程線上探針測量與動態刀具補償,確保切削穩定且表面粗糙度可達 Ra 0.8 μm。加工結束後,所有零件需通過三級三坐標檢驗與紅外應力測試,以確保尺寸與內應力符合軍用及民用標準。
This project utilizes an advanced 5-axis mill-turn center to machine the stock grip exterior, cheek rest curves, and interface locations in one setup. The process begins with PVD-coated rough end mills for rapid material removal, followed by carbide finish end mills to refine contour curves, and ends with single-point turning tools to cut interface threaded channels, holding tolerances within ±0.02 mm. Inline probing and dynamic tool compensation ensure cutting stability and achieve Ra 0.8 μm surface finish. Upon completion, all parts undergo three-stage CMM inspection and infrared stress analysis to guarantee dimensional accuracy and residual stress compliance with military and civilian standards.
